Privacy Policy for Early Sign Ups

1. Who we are

Arche is a product of Ingenia Labs, a New Zealand company. In this policy "we" and "us" mean Ingenia Labs.

We are preparing to launch Arche. We process personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 (New Zealand).

This policy covers the early sign up list only. Once you have an account, our main privacy policy applies to your use of the product.

2. What we collect

When you register your interest in early access, we collect:

• Email address — so we can tell you when a place is available.
• First name — so our messages to you are not anonymous.
• What you would use Arche for — in your own words, so we can invite people in an order that makes sense and prepare for what you want to do.
• Which description fits you — chosen from a short list, for the same reason.

We do not ask for anything else, and you do not need an account to join the list.

3. Why we collect it

Your information is collected for these purposes and no others:

• To tell you when Arche is available to you, or when a place in a testing group opens up.
• To send you occasional updates about how Arche is developing, related only to Arche.
• To understand what people want to use Arche for, so we build the right thing.

We will not use your email address for unrelated marketing. We will not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.

4. Storage and security

Where it is held. Your details are held with service providers located outside New Zealand, including in Australia, the United States and the European Union. We only use providers subject to privacy safeguards comparable to those in the Privacy Act 2020.

Security. Information is stored using providers with encryption in transit and access controls appropriate to the information held.

AI boundaries. Your contact details are used for communication only. They are never fed into, shared with, or used to train any AI model, ours or anyone else's.

How long we keep it. We keep your details only for as long as the early sign up phase requires, or until you ask to be removed, whichever comes first. If you go on to open an account, your information moves under our main privacy policy.

5. Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you have the right to:

• Access — ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct — ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• Be removed — ask us to delete your details and take you off the list.

To do any of these, email us at privacy@ingenialabs.co.nz. We will action removal requests immediately and respond to access requests within 20 working days, as the Act requires.

Every message we send will tell you how to be removed. Replying to any message and asking is enough.

6. Complaints

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz or 0800 803 909.
